Returns & Exchanges

Here at The Sparkling Pebble, we realize that sometimes a new animal may not fit into your household the way you imagined. For that reason we have a quick and easy return and exchange policy.


We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. You can return
your jewelry for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment
method.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and return policy:

  • Anything that is a custom order or custom designed is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any item that is being returned must be sent back in the original condition, having no signs of wear or use.
  • If for some reason your jewelry has arrived damaged we are happy to either repair or replace it for no charge.


To initiate a return or refund please take the following steps:

  1. Send us an e-mail at info@TheSparklingPebble.com or reply to one of the order confirmation e-mails we sent you on your order. 
  2. Let us know the product you would like to return.
  3. We will then send you prepaid shipping labels to print for your return.
  4. Please securely package your return, and send all items back to us using the label provided.  Once your package has been scanned in, your payment return can be processed.
