Return and Exchange Policies

 

Here at The Sparkling Pebble, we realize that sometimes a new animal (or other item of jewelry) may not fit into your household the way you imagined.  For that reason we have a quick and easy return and exchange policy.

 

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.  You can return your jewelry for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and return policy:

-Anything that is a custom order or custom designed is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Any item that is being returned must be sent back in the original condition, having no signs of wear or use.

-If for some reason your jewelry has arrived damaged we are happy to either repair or replace it for no charge.

 

To initiate a return or refund please take the following steps:

  1. Reply to one of the shipping notifications you received, or send us an e-mail at: info@TheSparklingPebble.com
  2. Let us know which product you would like to return.
  3. We will e-mail you the shipping labels within 24 hours.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
  5. Once your return labels are processed, your money will be refunded. Please allow up to a few days for returns to show up on your accounts.
